Recommended diet during cleanse:
You can use this kit for an all liquid cleanse or choose to eat clean.
All Liquid- Juice and water only. We recommend one juice per meal and plenty of water throughout the day. You can add in smoothies and herbal teas.
Clean eating- Along with the juice, we recommend eating whole foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts, and other clean foods. Stay away from meat and dairy.
Drink the juices in any order.
